How to place a phone order

For the convenience of those preferring to purchase by phone we do offer you the ability to order over the phone.  Simply give us a buzz 888.977.4679 or 714.257.7949 and we will take care of your order.  After hours, you can leave your order on the answering system and we will confirm it by calling you back the next business day, and get your billing information.

Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING POLICY

Orders are processed Monday-Friday. We ship all merchandise UPS ground unless you specify otherwise.  This allows the package to be both tracked and insured.  We do our best to process and ship your order as quickly as possible, usually within 2 business days. If we are out of stock on an item, you will be notified via email and we can suggest a replacement or you can choose to wait for it to arrive.

$50-$100: $8.95

$100-up: FREE! 

INTERNATIONAL RATES: (for most items),

International Orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail.

up to $100: $ 27.95

$100-150: $34.95

$150-250: $41.95

PLEASE NOTE:  International orders are sent via USPS Priority Mail.  Once the parcel reaches your border, it will be held until it clears your country's Customs Inspection. At that point, the delivery may be subject to additional duties, taxes, and broker fees over which The Primping Parleur has no control. We are unable to declare items as gifts and must list the actual value of the package on the customs forms.

In our continuing effort to be GREEN, all of our orders are shipped using re-usable materials when at all possible, i.e. shredded magazines as packing materials, reused "popcorn", reused shipping boxes, etc.

RETURN POLICY

We offer you the ability to exchange or receive credit if you change your mind on any product. Our online policy is exchange only within 7 days of receipt of order on unopened, unused merchandise. To return for store credit or exchange merchandise, please give us a call/drop us an email for Return Authorization, enclose your receipt & item you wish to exchange, a note with the reason for your return and ship your package pre-paid and insured to:
